AM: 800 warm up with danny boy. Today we did the Green springs 5. Getting up this morning was terrible. Good thing monica was there to make sure that i came cause if not i wouldnt be writing this now. :)

PM: This afternoon i went swimming with my little brothers and got wasted there. ugh! I saw Colby neilson ( Economics teacher) finishing one of his runs outside of Sand Hollow and talked with him for a second. I started my run at about 8:50 and ran out to the baseball feilds to watch my little brother for a little bit. Then back. About 3/4 miles away from my house i practiced running my 2 mile race pace at about 5:15, then about 300 away i dead on sprinted. Felt good, Fast, and Strong. >:)
