Short-Term Running Goals:

Train hard for the next few weeks, hit up nike cross, then get in good 55 plus weeks for winter training with some mile tempos in, just enjoying the running life with my close friends. ( Holt, Kimz, Trev, Danny boy,)

Long-Term Running Goals:

Run varsity XC/Track through out the rest of high school.

Break 4:18 in the mile.

Break 15:46 for 5K

Run XC at college :)

Personal:

I am 17 years old. I attend Pine View High school as a Junior. I specialize in business classes and science. ( Ap bio, bio, and human bio) I have been running for about 2 and a quarter years (Appx) anddidnt really get good at running till this last track season >:) I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter day Saints and am about to complete my Eagle. :) finally!! . . . . . . . well that is about it. . . . . umm . . . . if you want to ask me some questions feel free to do so. :)

PM: Easy 8 out on the trail with the boys.  Nice run, im not really feeling in the groove yet. Still getting way tired in the run not being abel to enjoy the run. I hope im cured by tomorrow. We got the legendary 6 8 1000 12's.

PM: Classical 6 8 1000 12's today!  :) All day i was actually prity pumped up for these! And it was an over cast the entire time we were doing them.  These ones were the hardest out of all the ones we did during xc.  I dont know why they just were. but i did them and did them right.

PM: Easy 6 green springs.  But not so easy on the body.  Im wasted from yesterday. But it was a nice run to just get every thing out.  Then after i did legs and core in lifting and some bare foot striders.

PM: Grabed about 1.5 after school, then played ultimate with the xc and wrestler team.  Club run tonight. Its nice to be out running somewhere new.  Love the guys i run with, really good runners and examples to me.

This is so dumb.  About half way through my AT yester day my achilies tendon on my right foot just started to throb.  And now i can hardly put weight on it.  Ill run later if it feels better but probibly not.

Did the mile in pe with shayna and two laps after that. Feeling great. Then me willy and tason hit up the barber shop 3.  On the way back my tendon hurt for like a few minutes then stoped.  Dont know what that means but ill do another 3 then a 5 on friday.  And a bike with my paps on saturday. :) feels good to be running again.

AM: Woke up this morning to go biking with my dad out at goose messa.  We got out there at about 10 and it was 49 degrese. Nice and cold to start out.  This is a prity hard course with a lot of technical slick rock.  Most of the pain was just the short bursts of 110 % then a little down. Over and over. Just a really nice trail.  About 6 miles worth of running im guessing.
